ZÁTIŠÍ NAD ROKYTKOU

Zatisi nad Rokytkou is a complex of four apartment buildings on the southern slope above the Rokytka creek on Svatosovych Street in Prague 9 - Vysocany. The construction of these low-energy buildings, with five above-ground and two underground floors, took place between 2017 and 2019. This residential project offers 120 apartments ranging in size from 1+kk to 5+kk. Each apartment has a cellar and also a terrace, balcony or front garden. Parking is provided in the underground parkade and public outdoor parking is available for visitors. The buildings were designated A, B, C & D. The construction of the buildings was immediately followed by the first stage of the Emil Kolben District project, which honours the famous Czecheslovak engineer. The buildings will bear the names of Dr. Kolben’s family (E - Malvin, F - Lilly, G - Greta). The project is de facto part of the generous revitalization of the neighbourhood and of the Kolbenova B metro station, which is LOXIA’s urban development. The implementation was then undertaken by the company CODECO, a.s. LOXIA provided the architectural study and the planning and building permit documentation.
