VYSOČANSKÁ BRÁNA

Vysocanska brana, also known as ‘Balabenka’, is a modern administrative building with a shopping gallery designed to be a gateway to Prague 9 - Vysocany. The architectural design of the building symbolizes the waves of the sea and the courtyard and adjacent park provide a charming garden area to relax in. The building contains a two-floor underground garage with 170 parking spaces and six above-ground floors. The covered corridor offers 2,300 m2 of non-residential space for retail shops. The administrative building has 11,000 m2 of usable area. LOXIA designed this urban solution and secured planning and building permits.
