The urban planning around the ROKYTKA Creek includes the projects ZAHRADY NAD ROKYTKOU, REZIDENCE NAD ROKYTKOU, ZATISI ROKYTKA, CTVRT EMILA KOLBENA and KEJRUV MLYN. SUOMI HLOUBETIN is currently under construction, LAPPI HLOUBETIN and TESLA HLOUBETIN are in the preparation phases. This area with the construction of new residential areas is located in a dynamically developing part of Prague 9 near Rokytka. We consider the close proximity of the creek and the charming nature park to be the most attractive elements for locals. Our designs are based on this strong connection between the creek and the park, incorporating residential housing and emphasizing it in all respects. We tried to create a suitable urban layout of the whole district. In addition to apartment buildings, which were part of our previous projects, we also designed new civic amenities including a kindergarten, restaurant, supermarket and other commercial areas. The whole area is designed with opportunities for leisure activities and includes a cycle path, playgrounds, a dog park, community gardens and an outdoor amphitheater. The relevant infrastructure also includes a new footbridge across the creek.
