The Tulipán apartment building is located near the metro station Českomoravská in Prague 9. Its construction took place between 2006 and 2007. Tulipán is a modern and purposefully designed corner eight-story building with a recessed top floor. It fits well into a neighborhood of roughly equal height, typically urban apartment buildings. Two commercial units are proposed on the ground floor. In addition to the building's technical facilities, there are 59 parking spaces and cellars in the underground. The elevator can be used to conveniently transport to all residential units proposed from the 2nd floor of the apartment building. The building offers a total of 64 residential units and studios with layouts from 1+KK to 4+KK. Many shops, restaurants, O2 Arena, and theatres are within a few minutes' walk.
