Between 2000 and 2001, a new state-of-the-art SAGEM plant was built for a French manufacturer of telecommunications products. LOXIA provided comprehensive services of an architect and general designer, prepared the architectural and urban planning study, the technical design, including documentation for the planning permit and the building permit. It also prepared the execution documentation, including the author's and technical supervision. LOXIA prepared the project from the phase of the study, through the planning and building permit to the tendrer documentation with the author's supervision for eight warehouses.
