The Rezidence Vokovice in Prague 6 consists of two apartment buildings and a security building sharing a common base of three underground floors. Two apartment buildings on Evropska Street near Cerveny vrch offer a total of 121 residential units and 8 studios with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk. On the ground floor there are also two non-residential premises that are used for commercial use. In the underground parkade there are cellars and 130 parking spaces. Most of the apartments have large balconies or terraces and the ground-floor apartments have front gardens. In several cases, residents also have a winter garden. Part of the residential area is a park connected by a pedestrian walkway to the adjacent forest. Near the residences there is Sarka valley and the Dzban reservoir. For outdoor sports, there are cycle paths and adjacent sports fields.
