Between 2007 and 2008, this villa which was built at the end of the 1930s was reconstructed and extended. The villa is located in Prague's Vinohrady near Grebovka park. The building now serves as the headquarters of our architectural and design studio, LOXIA. The building has a reception, offices, meeting rooms, technical and operational facilities, kitchen and a children's corner. The house also has terraces and covered and uncovered parking spaces. LOXIA reconstructed the original villa into an administrative building and fulfilled the complete mission of an architect, general designer from the architectural study, project documentation for the building permit, execution documentation to final inspection, including technical supervision and construction management. In 2016, LOXIA completely transferred the building to BIM and thanks to the systems connected to BIM, now makes the facility management easier.
