TROJA RESIDENTIAL PARK

Prague 8 - Troja

Between 2000 and 2002, two apartment buildings were built in Prague's Troja district. The area is designed as a closed residential unit with a shared garden. In both buildings there are a total of 24 apartments from the size of a studio apartment to large maisonettes of 100 m2 on higher floors with an exclusive view of Prague. The underground parkade connects the two apartment buildings and has parking spaces and technical facilities.

LOXIA developed the execution documentation, ensured the author's supervision and cooperated with the new apartment owners on client changes.
