NAD ROKYTKOU RESIDENCE
/ ZAHRADY NAD ROKYTKOU II

The Rezidence nad Rokytka / Zahrady nad Rokytka II is a residential area in Prague's Vysocany runs along the A26 cycle path, which was created thanks to the joint efforts of the municipality, the investor of this project and the LOXIA team. We designed this cycle path and coordinated with the investor to transfer the land to the city, who then built this cycle path in 2010. The Rezidence nad Rokytka residential complex was then created in two stages and was completed in 2016. In the first stage of the project there were five buildings with 160 apartments sized 1+kk to 3+kk. The buildings are seven stories above-ground with a recessed top floor. Each apartment has its own terrace and the ground floor apartments have front gardens. The buildings from the first stage were completed in 2012. Access to the buildings is from Podebradska and U Elektry Streets to Sousedikova Street. In the second stage, another seven apartment buildings were built on the south side of Modreho Street above a slope, where there are entrances to the garages and buildings. There are 282 apartments in seven six-storey buildings with balconies, front gardens and spacious terraces. The apartments are sized from 1+kk to 4+kk. Access to the buildings is from Podebradska and U Elektry Streets and Modreho Street. The buildings and the cycle path follow the route of a former railway track. LOXIA provided planning and building permits, tender documentation, execution documentation and the author's supervision.
