Between 2009 and 2010, Hall A of the kindergarten was renovated, including the garden. The original kindergarten building dates back to the 1980s. It is located in U Zásobní zahrady Street near Parukářka Park in Prague's Žižkov district. The reconstruction solved mainly the unsatisfactory thermal and physical technical condition of the roof and facade including windows. It also involved the complete replacement of internal piping and cables, terminal elements, furnishings, boiler room and kitchen equipment that did not meet current standards and the current needs of the nursery's operation. As part of the reconstruction, health hazardous asbestos was also removed. LOXIA fulfilled the complete mission of an architect and general designer including the author's supervision. Between 2010 and 2011 the reconstruction of the one-storey economic pavilion B of the kindergarten including the garden was carried out. The renovation addressed the change of the layout of the economic pavilion for the operation of a separate kindergarten with one classroom, as well as the unsatisfactory thermal-physical technical condition of the roof and façade, including windows. With the change of layout, the original outbuildings were removed and a complete replacement of the internal pipework and cabling, terminals and fittings was also carried out. The renovation was designed to meet the current needs of the kindergarten operation. LOXIA fulfilled the complete mission of an architect and general designer including the author's supervision.
