KPMG OFFICE BUILDING

This office building is located between the Hilton Hotel and Pobrezni Street in Karlin, Prague. The building has two underground floors with 170 parking spaces and nine above-ground floors with a quintessential terrace at the top with an attractive view of the cultural landmarks of Prague. The architectural solution, interior design and their implementation were conducted with maximum effort for the satisfaction of the investor and the main tenant of the building, KPMG. LOXIA fulfilled the complete mission of the architect. We prepared a feasibility study, obtained planning and building permits and implemented the project which led to the occupation permit.
