TESCO NITRA GALLERY, SLOVAKIA
Between 2008 and 2009 the shopping gallery connected to the TESCO hypermarket in Nitra, Slovakia, was extended. Additional retail and service spaces and a food court and restaurants were added. LOXIA fulfilled the architectural solution from the architectural study phase through the planning permit and building permit phases as well as the execution documentation.

TESCO GALLERY TRNAVA, SLOVAKIA
Between 2004 and 2006 the Trnava shopping gallery was built at the TESCO hypermarket in Trnava, Slovakia. The gallery includes approximately 40 rentable units of various sizes to accommodate a variety of shops and services, located along public pedestrian walkways. A food court is featured in the central part of the shopping gallery, opposite the main entrance. LOXIA fulfilled the architectural solution from the architectural study phase through the planning permit and building permit phases as well as the execution documentation.

TESCO OSTRAVA GALLERY, CZECH REPUBLIC
Between 2002 and 2005, a shopping gallery was added to the TESCO hypermarket in Ostrava. The mall covers a leasable area of almost 6,000 m2 with more than 40 sales units of different sizes, offering a variety of shops and services. The main entrance includes a distinctive round pillar, attracting customers inside. It directs the flow of foot traffic through to the central court where an intersection connects the two main corridors. The food court is oriented close to the main entrance and is placed in a widend corridor. The complex offers over 1000 parking spaces, of which 244 are located underground. LOXIA prepared the architectural design of interiors and exteriors.
