FONTÁNA SHOPPING CENTER

Between 2002 and 2003, the Fontana shopping gallery was completed next to the Tesco hypermarket in Karlovy Vary. The total area of the shopping gallery is 7,600 m2 and consists of rentable shopping units of various sizes, tenant’s facilities, mall management, food court and outdoor parking. LOXIA fulfilled the architectural solution from the architectural study phase through the planning permit and building permit phases as well as the execution documentation.
