Between 1998 and 2000, this historical house in Prague’s Vinohrady was reconstructed, including the renovation of the underground garage, featuring a car stacking system that provides 26 parking spaces. The increase in area of this administrative building was achieved by extending it to a part of the courtyard and by building two floors in the attic. The interior of the common areas of the building was guided by maximum efforts to preserve the spirit of a typical Vinohrady house. LOXIA supported the project as the general designer from the planning and building permit phases through to the completion of the reconstruction.
